Well yesterday at 1am I woke up with horrible contractions, went to er, and was told I was at a 3. After an hour of walking, dilated to a 4. Was told to walk again for two hours, so I did.

I was 1cm at 28, 2 cm at my next appointment then from there I don't remember when I hit 3 cm but it was with in 1 to 2 appointments so 34 to 36 weeks, somewhere in there.

Baby will come when baby wants to come. I wouldn't stress. Pre-labor dilation doesn't mean anything and you can be dilated for weeks. Your cervix isn't a crystal ball and cannot predict labor. Cervical dilation tells you nothing but where you are in the moment. You could very easily stay that 1cm until 42 weeks.
