1094 posts · Joined 2008. #3 · Oct 16, 2008. Try resetting the HVAC system. Turn all the controls to off and the key. Under the driver side rear seat is a fuse box. Pull the HVAC B fuse and wait a little bit and then plug it back in. Turn the key on but don't start it. Leave the HVAC contols off. You will here everything reset.
The reset most of us know by heart is to pull fuse #36 under the rear seat for 30 seconds. Reinstall it, turn the ignition key to RUN but don't start the engine or touch ANY HVAC control for 90 seconds. They should all run through their CW and CCW travel and recalibrate themselves. If this works, you win!Remove the HVAC B fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds. Install the HVAC B fuse. Start the vehicle. Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
