DoT effects seem to be balanced more towards PvP combat since they interfere with healing items (which only players and thralls will use). there is no fire arows , only explosive one and with bleding efect on exiled lands. Well, Corrupted Vitality is good for the first 9 levels. The Grotesque Excrescence perk heals more than the Fierce Vitality. Other than that, not worth losing the Fast Healer perk.
