Getakko has a standardized product, that they flood the market with at a set rate. Pretty standard commercial rate for personal property is .05 per 100 dollars of coverage. At 15 dollars a month, 180 dollars in annual premium, to hit that .05 commercial rate you would need to have 360k in property covered.
