Sand Reaper Queen is #1, followed closely by Greater Wolf. The latter is likely a lot better. Sand Reaper Queen isn't as useful in PvP apparently (I can only guess because she's slower moving, telegraphed attacks, larger hurtbox, etc). They're also generally really annoying because their collision box is very large.
