How to know when vex strike force is happening.
You don't have to be there for it. You can see it from the map and it says its a Vex Strike force so I would just randomly check to see if it pops up and then go to it if you do. I've done at least 3 so far. Fairly rare it seems, it did show up on the map like a public event though.
The one yesterday evening I missed the notification and it had already been going for five minutes by the time I saw it. I loaded into a couple different instances but saw nothing, it was too late. It really rekindled my hatred of Vex Strike Force that had died down since Lightfall launch. Seriously, what a stupid design choice.Where to find Strand Meditation in Destiny 2. Vex strike force constantly crashes on PS5. I've got through to 4/6 minotaurs defeated twice now and the app crashes. Very annoying since the event comes up once in a blue moon! Ugh. UPDATE: Just ran it again, FOV down to 70 as advised by people below, changed from strand to solar and got to 4/6 defeated.

The Vex Strike Force event on Neomuna can drop the Lost Sector exotics now. You still have to own the expansion associated with the exotic to get the drop. The event is random, but there is a bot that watches the map for it and can notify you.
