They scale a bit differently... So, for the Darkmoon GS I would keep leveling INT to ca. 55-60, followed by whatever DEX you can spare. The reason is that DMGS scales best with INT, and then equally with STR and DEX. But, DEX improves your casting speed, benefiting any spells you are using (which you should, given the massive invest in INT).
