It's all relative to what your using it for. Reshade is generally low performance cost but can increase the more your adjusting. In my case scenario. I'm running 4k / GTX1080 atm and it's not feasible at that resolution as FPS drops are below the 60 mark. But anything under 4k should generally be negligible.
