Re initialize the Windows. From each window - use its door control to run the window down, then all the way up and hold the switch for an extra second or two. The auto up/down does not work. When I push and hold the button down, the window goes about half way, and then stops. I have to let go of the button and press it again to get it to go the rest of the way. Getting the window to come up is even worse! I have to pull the button up and the window goes up about an inch and stops.

The motor could be "tired", and that is why it's slower when using just the 12 V from the driver ...
