The ideal wheel size for a celica is 16 or 17 inch. 18 is too big. You can only fit alloys of a 5x100 PCD. Anything else and the studs just wont fit in the holes. The offset is how far from the centre line of the alloy the mounting point is. You can fit wheels with a slightly different offset and it should be fine.
