Verizon cancel my order.
On 10/2 they cancelled it due to the model I want being on back order. No idea why they had to cancel the order instead of just giving me an update but whatever, I got in touch with a Verizon rep and they just reordered for me and my phone arrived on 10/5, a whole day earlier than originally quoted. Easy peasy.

Odds are, this was your final bill. HOWEVER! If you had any other devices (jetpack, tablet, watch, etc.) they could still be active. Make sure they're disconnected if you had any.
