So i'd argue most martial classes are better off going "bladelock" for more actions. For example Paladin and Fighter both get extra attack at level 5, but they don't stack. But if you go Paladin and Warlock, you get extra attack from both of them which is huge. Ofc you still get all the spellcasting bonuses from Warlock too.
Not to mention that ranged builds tend to have more survivability due to being harder to target, and in BG3 specifically they can pretty much wield Shields at no cost while a GWM Bladelock can't. Where I think EB is a harder comparison to is a Sharpshooter build, however Warlock doesn't allow you bind ranged weapons so it's not a comparison to ...TommyF0815. Depends on what you want to do. I think that a paladin/warlock 7/5 is what I would consider a top-tier build alongside sword bard multiclass, str monk tavern brawler, and eb damage rider spam builds. All of those builds exploit bg3 specific quirks and/or itemization to dramatically increase their effectiveness beyond the curve, so to speak.

BG3 Bladelock statlines are much more varied because of different armour choices/ we don't know for sure if heavy armour will have STR reqs/ there seem to be a fair few items that change your ability scores so I can't really suggest an 'after' statline.
