Has anybody gone to arbitration over maxcare insurance/warranty coverage being partially or wholly denied for a repair? If so, what was the cost of the arbitrators? Looks like it requires three arbitrators: mine, the insurance provider's (Maxcare's) and an umpire/judge (selected by our respective arbitators).
