Dodge durango intermittent starting problem.

So the problem I’m having is intermittent starting. It always starts if it cranks. Battery is good. Starter is new. I believe the signal is not getting to the starter. It’s not random and it’s not mechanical within the ignition switch. It always starts first drive of the day or if it’s been sitting for longer than 20 minutes after driving.A new design 42RLE 10-pin connector will need to be installed and/or wiring issues repaired. After a couple days, the truck started and ran as normal, started on the first key turn every time. Fast forward to this week, and the intermittent start issue is back. Sometimes the truck starts on the first key turn, sometimes it starts on the 4th or 5th. Never cranks, just clicks once. Then this morning it just didn't start.
