Can confirm it does not work. Nope ophidia spathe doesn't work with the stasis shuriken. It used to work back when BL just launched but this was clearly unintentional and was patched out. It didnt give you two shurikens back per cooldown but it did give you an extra slot/charge. (bringing the total to 3)
