If you HAVE to drive the truck until the dealer can fix it, putting the transmission in tow mode around town and then taking it out of tow mode at highway speed (65+ mph) should reduce or maybe stop the shuddering. So after 500 miles or so I was cruising at about a steady 50 MPH around 1300-1600 rpm and sure as hell light acceleration would cause the shudder to start and about 1900-2000 rpm its gone. As Tom S said I can get it to do it on cue now. Sad part is the shudder is right in the 40-55 MPH area where you will frequently drive.
