There really is no "best" oil. Just do some research and use a good oil/filter. The important thing is to maintain your bike.

But for the neutral thing, sometimes, you just have to roll the bike a smidge or just releaase the clutch slightly for the gear to engage - thats not a problem and is normal. (see the label sticker on the engine) 5100 is semi-syntethic, as reccomended from suzuki.it's the right compromise, and more it exists 15w50 (better than 40 for sacs)1. Remove left side fairing assy. 2. Drain the oil. 3. Remove the two bolts holding the water pump into the case. Do not drain the coolant or remove the two hoses on the water pump. There is enough slop in the coolant hoses to pull the pump straight out if you use two small prybars or screwdrivers to evenly lever the pump straight out.
