You can see for 4.56's and 37" tall, 2500RPM is about 60MPH and 3000RPM is about 72MPH, so you are probably turning 2800RPM give or take.37s for dually. Functionally, more tire and less rim is better in terms of performance. Its not like a 20 is a small rim! Especially for the cost.
