Go give their mod an upvote or like or whatever they are called. Obviously, this requires TRUBY9 ULTRAWIDE - FALLOUT 4 . Compatibility patch to fix small issues when using the Truby9 ultrawide mod on 32:9 aspect ratio displays. This should work for all 32:9 displays, but this was only tested on the Samsung Odessey G9.

I'm a happy user of Flawless Widescreen @3440×1400 or so ( from memory, numbers could be off). Played FO4 for about 6 hours today, and maybe 60 hours in the past week. Fallout 4 Game Pass Ultrawide troubles. I'm struggling installing the TruBy9 ultrawide mod. I've modified the files in both my games/fallout4 as well as the game directory program files/modifiablewindowsapps/fallout 4 (PC). The mod in vortex says it's installed correctly but when I launch the game it's fullscreen, but just is stretched to fit.
So it looks like Comprehensive Ultrawide - 2560x1080 and 3440x1440 v1.2 was the way to go with the Comprehensive Ultrawide and Horizon Patch. However, Comprehensive Ultrawide has been taken down.
