First thing is that you need to find an wrecked ecoboost f150 in a junkyard (if you can find one). You will need engine, transmission, everything electrical except the radio.Since I would want a manual, it will be difficult- autos are easier for a 5.0 swap. I could maybe find a mustang engine/tranny/pcm, but if I remember right the motor mounts are all off. The explorer v8 bolts into the ranger, but the trannys are autos. Id prolly need some adapter plates to mate the mustang tranny to the explorer engine.
