I was wondering if anybody had a wiring diagram for a 12 volt system and where can I by a reasonbly priced wiring harness and orginal style switchs, ampmeters. I know originally the H"s had 6 volt ... Surprizingly enuff, the original 3-terminal 6-volt solenoid is plenty strong to use on 12-volts. I strongly recommed using the 3-terminal 6-volt solenoid on yer 12-volt conversion. Remember, the 1-wire 12-volt alternator needs to be jazzed to about 1800rpms before the internal voltage regulator kicks in. Once in, it will charge at 500rpms.
