Air conditioning on, driver side blows warmer air than passenger side. This happens when it is in SYNC mode or individually controlled. I have not had system leaked checked, but suspect it might be a relay problem that controls the driver side air. If I knew location of a relay like that I would like to replace it myself to save.

My heat doesn't work on start up and the display despite my effort to increase the temperature drops it to "Lo". The passenger side blows hot heat at the temperature I set. After about 15-20 minutes, I can get heat on the driver side. I’ve replaced the blend door actuator under the drivers side, per this diagram. This worked and cold air successfully blew out on the drivers side, however, it caused the right side to now blow hot air. I figured this would be calibration, so I popped the HVAC b fuse for 2 mins.
