Is the godskin peeler good.
Both are useful in different scenarios, whips can stagger and stunlock really well and have higher range while peeler has higher dps/bleed proc and aoe. But if you had to choose one set peeler is usually the go to bleed weapon. Personally tho, I would do 2x whips even if it might be weaker.

Stitcher is predominately thrusting whereas epee has some slashing in it's moveset. That's about it as far as I know. Personally I prefer the stitcher for looks and moveset.
