Str strenght (heh) comes from its 2 handed stat boost and hyperarmor that str weapon has. I don't know if elden ring would change any of that or added a new thing for stats, but I think giving equip load to endurance is a better option since limiting certain player from fashion souls would just add unnecessary limit for player freedom.
