Never played Pathfinder 2e before but I was thinking of going Ranger + Alchemist Dedication at level 2. Getting access to bombs to give a little bit of AoE damage if needed sounds great (not to mention there is the bomb crossbow item, although as written it doesn't splash)It's perhaps the most fun builds I've ran. The ability to pelt a target with 4 Arrows at a maximum -6 MAP is actually pretty effective. That being said, it may be a bit repetitive for some people. Like if you compare a scimitar to a battleaxe, one has forceful and a d6, the other has a d8; it's a comparison between a +1 on each subsequent hit and an effective +1 at all times; a scimitar ...Any of the martials could work. A Ranger could bring an animal companion in to even the odds, Barbarians are just hard to keep down, etc. You could even do a Rogue despite the lack of flanking buddies; but you'll need a reliable way of making enemies flat-footed.
