So far as I know, the only way to outright betray her is with the Demon or Trickster paths. She does get pissed off if you decide to purge yourself of Mythic powers, and will try to stop you from doing so if you accepted her Profane Gift. But you don't actually get to fight her, unless you're a Demon or a Trickster.. #1.
