I have been having the same issues as I have read on here since the first time I drove my new atv. Started off working great in auto. Started using it in ESP mode and it was shifting good. Also if the engine has been sitting for any length of time you have to run it for 5 minutes, then shut off -- wait 2 - 3 minutes and check. Even if you have just changed the oil, you will need to run the engine. This is because the oil tanks are all above the engine's oil pump. The oil is gravity feed to the pump.We both have 27 inch tires, on the dct in low range first is too low for mud holes, you use second and would skip first altogether if you could. I'd only use first on the dct if you need to go 2mph while towing, if you can go 4mph use second. There is a shift clutch adjustment you can check, (search for service manual) but if that doesn't fix it you will need to crack the case to see what's going on in there. Good luck!

Dropped off my Rubicon at dealers today. The same problem as described above, after an hour of riding the DCT transmission will not shift.
