I don't know if White Mask (Mohgwyn Palace) stacks with Lord of Blood's Exultation (Leyndell Catacombs), but Lord of Blood's Exultation + Rotten Winged Sword Insignia (Millicent's Quest - Helping her at the end) does a lot of work by itself for Eleonora's Poleblade ...Rivers of blood will hit harder, but eleonora's procs multihit talismans and bleed faster because it double hits per r1.. running r2 is real good also btw. In fact, it would appear to not having any scaling at all, other than bleed building faster with arcane. Not sure if this is intentional or not... Def a bug. It says appears to scale with Str, dex, and arcane but numbers don't go up when raising those stats. Hopefully gets fixed soon I've been dying to use it.
