Best advise is to make sure you have the least amount of stuff you can blocking the grill. sink the winch down in frame, remove grill inserts etc.

Check your transmission fluid level and condition. Also check for any obstruction of the transmission cooler. Check for mud, debris, bags or anything blocking the airflow. In older vehicles that had questionable cooling fans, you could just drive 50-60 and the airflow through radiator was enough to keep your engine happy. Not so in the JK.
