I love being able to set my own schedule and seeing clients both in person and telehealth. The flexibility allows me to be there for my family while still be a full-time clinician. They provide what you need to do your job.

Mental Health Counselor (Current Employee) - Lexington, KY - June 2, 2021. Little support, little teamwork. Company has grown so large so quickly that it has had a negative impact on the work environment. Misleading - they used to say you could make 90,000 a year, however this was only if you worked 40+ hours a week. This is not achievable.

Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back.
