Apr 29, 2017 · 1995 Ford F150 302. The a/c clutch fuse (#6) keeps blowing. I've unplugged the power to the coil and the fuse pops. I've jumped the low pressure switch and it pops. The only time the fuse doesn't pop is when I disconnect the power to the high pressure switch on the compressor manifold. I reached the limit of my troubleshooting ability.
The diagram on the cover tells you where to locate the fuse on the panel. Check the fuse to see if it is blown. Look through the clear side of the fuse to see if the metal wire inside is separated. If it is, the fuse is blown and should be replaced.
