BOTW is better played on Cemu (Wii U emulator) because it is simply more polished (better emulation and graphics). With your GPU and CPU you should be able to play above 60fps on Cemu with the right settings.

Cemu did take almost two and a half years to get BotW running stable 30fps on mid-lower end hardware. Yuzu doesn't run BOTW at more than 30fps. It needs a beefy system to manage 30fps. The devs seem to have neglected optimization for quite a while now. Stick with Cemu.Do you want to play BOTW at 60fps like you are now, or 120fps with shaders and no visual glitches as well as just overall stability. Heck, there's even way more BOTW mods for Cemu than Yuzu. Most of Cemu's developments came from mainly optimizing BOTW, so you should use Cemu to play BOTW.

Ur specs cant do 60 fps on yuzu. the 60fps mod is broken. It actually causes the game to run at half speed. As suggested, if you want to play it at 60fps you'll have to use cemu. I think you can easily get 60fps using cemu (wii u) instead of yuzu.. you can always give it a try.
