May 27, 2016 · Clutch Slipping: 2 Problems, 1 solved. 1st problem (solved) Clutch didn't engage until lever was almost all the way out. Solved this clutch release problem by taking apart master cylinder. Pic below is what I found. Funny. Guess PO had problems too, hence him selling it cheap.

The plugs never get hot enough to burn off the carbon and they just foul. That is normal even on a bone stock VN800.

Then, a few minutes later the left turn signal also stopped working. Got home and checked the lights - headlamp, brake light, and front running lights are all working normally. It's as if someone has turned my blinker function completely off.With the engine off and the petcock set in the run or reserve positions you should be able to remove the fuel line and get no flow.
