So I’m getting the EPS code 520230 and code 520194 on my RZR which didn’t come with EPS. I upgraded the motor to the 2011+ specs. I upgraded the ECU to a 2012 RZR4 and I also replaced the speedometer with a newer unit. Sep 8, 2021 · A quick google search of the codes it was throwing showed me it was probably just a bad speedo sensor, so we continued to ride for about an hour before loading up and bringing it home. Fast forward a couple of days, I pulled the speedo sensor, cleaned it, plugged it back in, drove down the road in low at 4k RPMs, and viola!

To get the code, I held down the button on the center dash area just like resetting the trip odometer. Code is 0520230.
