Hyatt has redone all its rooms again, and the main Atrium tower area as well. They also have the Hyatt Residences there (about 3-4 years). Sheraton has done very little. I would be looking at condos or condo resorts. Visitors of guests are allowed on property just not in pool area (without purchasing a day pass at $35) and only “if they’re available that day”. Breakfast is like $40 at the Ritz, and packing up 3 kids for the Plantation House wont be easy everyday.
