Until the Script extender is updated, any mods that depend on it will not work. They have to be removed along with the script extender "mod" itself. Mods that do not use the script extender should continue to operat e as before. Generally with patches, you will either need to wait for something like the Patch 3 Mod Fixer mod, or hope mod makers will update their mods to work with the new patch if they break. The newer (2.0) version is script based, works via script extender, and is supposed to be even more stable; and is a PAK file that can be installed via a mod manager.
