Kind of nervous about the clinical content since its been a while since my naplex. So total max raw score is 75 and max scaled is 99. So for the raw score to transform i got 48 which equates to a scaled score of 63.63. I also inputted my hypothetical raw score of 49 which gave me a score of 64.68. I made an assumption on my raw score cuz my actual scaled score was 64.
