The Blacksmith upgrades now provide either 1 or 2 accuracy per level. For most heroes, it's 1 per level. A few are 2 per level, such as Hellion and Man-at-Arms in order to account for their typically low accuracy. I balanced it so that you roughly end up 12-17 accuracy below the most evasive enemies in Champion dungeons.
