It says I'm connected to ecobee.com, too. But, it wont give me the 4 digit pin to register on the app. Anyone experience this? My thermostat is acting like it did a factory reset, and I can't connect to ecobee servers right now, either. I set up my ecobee 4 in my vacation home but it’s listed in my home in another state so it reads that weather.
