Transient Moonlight is an obvious one. Flame of the Redmanes is probably a bit better in regard to poise damage. Some roars instantly stagger most enemies (I can only think of Troll's Roar atm). Nebula is situational but great fun, and you can follow it up with ranged heavy attacks to keep the poise damage up...
