So about 2 weeks ago my I-130 changed into actively reviewing status. I checked the Documents section of my US citizen petitioner spouse's online USCIS account and noticed a document called Unclassified document and it says RFE for some documents. However, the status of I130 never changed to Request for Evidence sent, just actively reviewed.

From what I know if you are an immediate relative of the Petitioner and your priority date is current then you can apply concurrently with I-485 (application for green card / adjustment of status) and this is if you are in the US.
