Both relating to a bad ground with the instrument cluster. The first issue was poor solder joints where the harness connects to the instrument cluster. The fix for this is a new instrument cluster at around $1000 because it isn’t serviceable. The second issue was that they used a ground location that wasn’t up to snuff.
