It has a 23p prop. All cylinders have good compression. New stator was put on in March as I was told. Boat only runs 48mph and 5400 rpms.

The only 3 things that would do that is. 1. the stop circuit, which you ruled out by disconnecting the black/yellow wire. 2. the stator, which you will go test. 3 The switchboxes, which are not testable. When trying to figure out a no spark on all situation it is a process of elimination. You start with the stop circuit, move on to the stator.
