Narga LBG is what you want as it will rapid Pierce 2. Rhenoplos S helm. Shell Studded S chest. Rath S Gauntlets. Spio/Skalds S waist. Rajang S pants. This will give you a nice spread of crit boost, weakness exploit, pierce up, and attack. Try to fit in more attack with the talisman and decos.

Imo for solo play, LBG is the "easiest" of the 3. Faster movement than HBG and Bow has to be relatively stationary. So it lets you just focus on dodging while shooting whenever you can. Bow and HBG get a lot more out of multiplayer since you can basically sit still and power shot or wyvernheart as much as you want.Pierce 1, 2 & 3 - multiple hits on all parts it passes through. Always have some with you. Make great damage by aiming head→tail, tail→head or wing→wing. Pierce 1 is good for small monsters and sniping parts (heads for example). Use on anything smaller than a Rath. Elemental builds without Focus 2 are likely much better for Courage, but you will have to play with uncomfortable sharpness in many cases. Bow is the strongest weapon in the game right now. Hard to say really, though my money is on LBG. HBG has a small damage increase over LBG but the difference is much smaller than in World and thus the general consensus is that HBG's modest damage increase over LBG is not worth sacrificing the mobility of LBG.
