At level 10, this skill gives a 31% attack boost for 3 out of every 5 turns. That’s really good, and it makes leveling this skill a high priority if you plan on relying on Herc long-term. The debuff resist is, as usual, a fairly forgettable bonus. Mind’s Eye is as good as ever.

Using her is generally speaking going to be more trouble than it’s worth, and she’s pretty much completely dead when it comes to farming, but if you’re dedicated enough and you have the right tools she can be functional for harder content. Review seems spot on to me. 7/10 also seems like a pretty fair assessment, which also happens to be exactly what Appmedia has her rated.
