Structural will use Floors for everything (floors can have cut profiles), Arch Roof sits on top of the Struct Floor. Same for floors. Struct own the floor and Arch puts another on top for finishes.

It will save you time when creating it the first time and heartache when making changes.

Go into the dimension edit mode and turn the text background to transparent. Please note that if you do this it will modify all of this type of dimension. If you are working in a team environment, make sure that the rest of the team is ok with this modification. If not, copy this one over and make a new type that is transparent. Bettisworth North.

Keep the Structural model in a completely separate Revit file and link it into your model. It is hell to separate them inside the same file.
