in regards to the mlc folder, you don't need to do anything with it. it's completely managed by Cemu. it will contain the game files including DLC and updates after you installed them through Cemu, as well as all save files. Generally, you don't have to configure that MLC folder manually. It's handled automatically (cemu will create one by itself).
