I got it home and the magazine release on this thing a very difficult for me to engage. I have to press it down deeply and it is awkward as I have big hands. My G2 has the serial number in 3 places, 1 Under the frame in front of the trigger guard, 2 on the right side of the slide and 3 on the barrel on the side of the ejection port. I did buy a 4 inch barrel for it from Taurus for the G3 and it does not have a serial number on it. Maybe it has an aftermarket barrel in it.
