There are multiple cultists (usually 3-4 I think) all with the same name. If you shoot at one they all instantly aimbot lock on you and start shooting. IMHO they are the hardest enemies to kill in Tarkov. Late game it's very op but it's the hardest start in my opinion. you start with trash bros and every sacrifice event all your non cultists drop to like 2%mood and leave unless your very close to a pub or have happy powder.
