Customers that try to scam obviously don't know 2 main things: #1, the driver can't cancel the order, only unassign it. They're pretending to be support when support themselves are the only ones that can cancel it. #2, they also don't know that Doordash is supposed to put a hold of one week on payment changes so someone can't scam your account.

As I documented in another thread, this is 100% a scam. The scammers appear to be following a script, including claiming that the order is fraudulent or that the card used was fraudulent.
